  Palak rice aka spinach rice is a quick and easy, healthy meal for lunch or for dinner. I used cold and refrigerated rice as its a good source of resistant starch. Resistant starch not only helps in good gut health but also helps in weight loss, diabetics and much more. Do try to watch my previous videos on the health benefits of resistant starch. Banana bread is easy to make and to make it more healthy, I used emmer wheat also known as khapli wheat, its an ancient variety of wheat which has a weak gluten molecule, its less processed has more fibre.
